With 15 years of personal training experience, I don’t just coach—I build stronger, more confident individuals. My approach is backed by elite-level athletic experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to push past limits.

As a 2x All-League College Basketball & Football Athlete, a former professional football player, a former member of the U.S. Bobsled Team, I’ve trained under professional and Olympic-level coaches, learning what it takes to maximize strength, performance, and longevity. I’ve taken that elite training methodology and combined it with my 15 years of experience working with the general population, refining a system that delivers real, sustainable results.
